Garmin have really stepped up to the plate by delivering the Nuvi 660. It comes with a 4.3-inch wide-screen with 480 x 272 resolution, an MP3 player, integrated Bluetooth, travel tools, an FM transmitter (so you can play music and receive navigation voice prompts through your car stereo), SiRF and even a photo viewer.


If it can be fit into a sat nav- the 660 has it! Measuring less than one inch, it’s surprisingly thin and it comes with a leather case too for ultra portability. Garmin also includes an AC adapter for charging the 660 when you’re not in the car. You’ll find that there’s also a USB connection which can be used to connect the GPS to your PC. An SD card slot is located beside this, as well as a headphone jack. You’ll find that when the 660 is locked into place, the suction mount is extremely secure. It can be docked and undocked easily also by pressing the small tab on the bottom of the cradle making this device even more portable. It can also play MP3 tracks and audible book files and even lets you throw on a photo slide show- sure why not?!
